DBInstaller is a tool that allows you to create professional database installations and “royalty-free” distribution packages. |

| DBInstaller works in a similar way as
most window’s installers do, but instead of copying files into the clients machine,
it runs sql scripts in the clients Oracle database. This new tool allows you to “compile” all the sql statements you need to run on a database into a professional installation that you can distribute freely to the people that need to run your sql scripts in their database, and by using a graphical interface like that of a regular installer, DBInstaller creates familiar installations that can be executed by most users without having much knowledge about the Oracle database, SQL*Plus and other tools. DBInstaller is divided into 2 tools, the first one is for the developer which compiles the required sql scripts and creates an installation, and the second, which is created by the first, which will be executed by the client who needs the sql scripts, we call this tool DBSetup, and it doesn't need to be downloaded or purchased separately, it is part of DBInstaller.
